• Appointees shall receive a notice of appointment for a two (2) year term. 
  
  
• An appointee who fails to serve, unless excused by reason of ill health or other sufficient reason, is guilty of a Class V misdemeanor.
  
  • Voters unable to serve must notify the election office prior to the election and may need to provide evidence of reason(s).
