Board of Adjustment
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial body established by Nebraska Revised Statute § 23-168.01 to handle appeals and variances related to zoning regulations. The current Board was reappointed by the Board of Commissioners in March 2026 for a three-year term.
